Delete your Memix data

Memix uses an account linked to your device, with no email or password. You can delete most of your data yourself in the app, and ask us to delete everything else.

Delete in the app, right away

• One face: Settings (gear icon) › Manage face bank, then tap the delete button on a face.
• All faces: Settings › Delete all faces. The original photos are deleted from our servers.
• A meme: open it from Mine and tap Delete. Its files are removed from our servers within minutes.

Delete your whole account

1. In Memix, open Settings and tap Copy account ID under "Your account".
2. Email tuyetnt6134@icloud.com with the subject "Delete my Memix account", and paste your account ID.
3. We'll confirm your request and complete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

We delete your faces, created memes, saved templates, credit balance, device identity and sessions. We keep only what the law requires, such as purchase records for tax purposes, and we separate those records from your images. Unused credits are lost when the account is deleted.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account or the app doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad.

If you delete the app without deleting your account first, the account stays on our servers, and the app may find it again when you reinstall, because the Keychain keeps the sign-in. You can still request deletion by email. If you no longer have your account ID, tell us roughly when you last used the app.
