Terms of Use

By using Memix you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. Memix is for making fun memes with the consent of everyone in them. We remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

1. The service

Memix lets you put faces into meme templates, or into a scene you describe, using AI image generation. You may use Memix only where it is lawful and if you are at least 13, or older where local law requires it. If you are a minor, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms.

2. Faces and consent

• Only upload your own face, or the face of someone who has given you permission. If they are a minor, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
• Don't use Memix to embarrass, harass, bully, defame or threaten anyone, or to create sexual or sexually suggestive images of real people.
• Don't use the faces of public figures, politicians or strangers to mislead others, and don't present results as real photos or real events.
• Don't create content that is illegal, hateful or violent, that exploits minors, or that infringes anyone's rights.

3. Your content

You keep any rights you have in the photos and text you submit. You give Memix a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to store and process that content, including sending it to our AI providers, only to provide the service to you. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law or to resolve disputes.

AI results can be unexpected or inaccurate, and similar requests may produce similar images for other users. You are responsible for how you use and share results. Keep the "Made with AI" context when sharing, and follow the rules of the places where you post.

4. Templates

Templates, including scenes, artwork and characters, belong to us or to our licensors. You may use memes made from them for personal, non-commercial sharing. You may not resell them or use them in advertising, merchandise or other commercial work without our written permission. We may add, change or remove templates at any time.

5. Credits and subscriptions

• Each creation costs credits (⚡), and the app shows the price before you create. If a creation fails, its credits are returned to your wallet automatically.
• Credits are sold through Apple as credit packs or with a subscription. They have no cash value, can't be transferred and are tied to your Memix account on the device. Subscription credits may expire at the end of each period, as shown when you buy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your Apple account settings, at least 24 hours before the period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple account.
• Apple handles refunds under its own policies. Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel a subscription.

6. Reporting and enforcement

Report an image from its Report button, or email tuyetnt6134@icloud.com with the image ID. If someone used your face without permission, tell us and we will act quickly. We may remove content, block creations or suspend accounts that break these terms. Automated safety checks may also block requests.

7. Acceptable use of the service

Don't reverse engineer, overload or scrape the service, get around its safety checks or limits, or use it to build a competing dataset or model.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Memix is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results will meet your expectations. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

9. Apple

These terms are between you and Memix, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and it has no obligation to provide support or maintenance. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post changes here with a new effective date. If you keep using Memix after a change, you accept the updated terms. Questions: tuyetnt6134@icloud.com.
